Hi folks, my name is Kristina Grittman (Valdez) and I was born and raised in Oregon. I earned my massage therapy certificate from the University of Western States in 2015, I became licensed in the state of Oregon in January 2016.

During my first five years as a LMT I worked for several chiropractors and spas. Once I opened Urban Rose Bodywork in 2021 and began working for myself, I unleashed a passion for bodywork and studying how the body moves, feels its best and recovers from injury.

I have a passion for fitness and human anatomy. I am always working to better my practice for the community and even with a decade of body work experience I consider myself always a student.
